What’s Happening:  It’s the week of the 4th of July! I will not be in the office on Wednesday July 4th, so I wish everyone a safe and happy 4th! Check out this years 4th of July Wet Fest in Sedona, AZ! This event is free of charge (food not included) and is located at: 570 Posse Ground Rd. Sedona Community Pool, Sedona AZ. 86336. It starts at noon and lasts until 4pm, and just outside the pool there will be vendors. Parking is available in the West Sedona School parking lot.

July 3: Compliment Your Mirror Day – Take a 2 minutes today to look yourself in the mirror and pay yourself a compliment (or several). It may feel awkward at first, but take a deep breath and say what you value most about yourself.

Hydration Recipe

Keeping hydrated is an important part of staying healthy. Water promotes cardiovascular health, keeps your body cool, helps muscles and joints work better and keeps skin supple. Here is this week’s hydration recipe:


Grape Orange Water


2 cups grapes, sliced in half

1 orange, sliced




Put grapes and orange slices into a pitcher of water. Refrigerate 4-6 hours until flavors combine.


Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a focused, therapeutic massage that targets muscle knots (also known as “adhesions”) and specific problem areas in the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
